cant send email

hi ive trying to set it up with 2 accounts one with my o2 webmail and another
with universitys exchnge server account. However with my o2 account it
receives email but wont send.
the error message is: connection to microsoft exchange server is
unavailable.outlook must be online or connected to the internet to complete
the action.
the exchange server wont receive any emails so i deleted the account but
still the error come up...after putting settings i tested the settings and it
all passed! help!

Create two mail profiles - one for Exchange, and one for your webmail, and
tell Outlook to prompt you for a profile on startup.

Don't mix account types in Outlook profiles if you want all to go smoothly
(and although you haven't mentioned your version of Outlook, which is always
helpful in here, note that it isn't even supported in versions prior to
OL2002).
