Can't send email with Windows Mail

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'EXACTIMATE', Account:
'pop.earthlink.net', Server: 'smtpauth.earthlink.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
80, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I have changed the port to 25,26, 587 and 80. None of them worked and came
back on with an error message and on that number changed. Please help,

You should not be changing port numbers. Use only the one port specified
by *your* mail provider. See

If you continue to get an error after changing your settings, please post
the new error message here. Also let us know if you are using a laptop
away from home.
