Can't send email to AOL

I understand that AOL does not allow incoming mail from
sites with dynamic IP addresses, which we have. However,
why can't we send email to AOL users through Outlook but
can send through Outlook Express? We need to use Outlook
for the exchange features it has and it is a real hassle
for everyone to switch between programs. I've checked the
relay setting and have asked many tech people about this
with no luck. Any ideas from anyone?

thanks

Compare the headers between your Outlook and Outlook Express messages and
note the differences. Then go to your Exchange administrator.
