cant send attchemnt with email

suddenly i can not send an email with an attchement. I can send the email by
its self but have to delete all attchments from it. no attachments will
leave my program?? does anyone know of this problem or a fix?

Outlook version? Do you get any error messages when you try to send e-mails
with attachments?
