can't send attachments

able to send emails but when I create emails with attachments they fail and I get the following message '550 relay not permitted'

Any ideas?

Contact the operator of you mail server (ISP).

It is unusual that only some mail is blocked. In general, 'relay' means
that you are logged in to one ISP but are trying to send mail through a mail
server (SMTP) associated with another ISP. To inhibit spam, most mail
servers no longer allow mail relay. Are you trying to send mail using a
mail server not part of your ISP's service?
