can't select printer in print window - excel

I loaded excel to all of the computers in the lab. I did
a complete load. The program seems to run fine, but when
we are ready to print, we can only print to the default
printer. When the print window opens up, the printer name
field is blank. There are no choices. If I run excel in
safe mode then the printer name shows up in the printer
field and I can change printers. What is causing this
problem? Help!
 
Are you using xl2k?

I think that there were a few posts that described something like this when xl2k
came out.

I think the solution was to remove the printer driver and then re-add it.

You may want to try it to see if that works.
