CANT SEEM TO MAKE WINDOWS TASKS WORK`

I have a simple bat file that prints the path
I cant seem to schedule it as a TASK in the scheduled tasks folder and
make it start. I see where Symantec has scheduled a task and I THINK
that it runs to keep the virus scanner updated- because when I check
it, it is always up to date
what am I doing wrong, why cant i schedule a bat file to run?

In Task Scheduler, Advanced menu, Stop TS, then View Log (and remember to restart it).
