cant seem to download powerpoint viewer

Hi,
does someone, by any chance, know why I cant download powerpoint viewer?
A window pops up and states that either Windows is not properly installed,
or that I need to turn off my pop-up guard. I have downloaded several other
programs and didnt have a problem (like McAfee Security). I turned off my
guards and still cant seem to download it off my download manager.
weird huh?
If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
thanks.

I am experiencing the same problem with a new computer loaded with XP. I did not have this problem on another computer loaded with XP. The Microsoft download page does not mention XP under System Requirements. This should not be a cause since the 2nd computer loaded Viewer ok. The site offered by Charlie did not work for me either although I tried using Firefox also.
