Can't seem to connect download music from Internet due to Microso.

Is SP2 that comes with XP preventing me from connecting and dowloading music.
works fine on my laptop which also has XP installed (plus Norton antivirus).
Need help.

This is a Microsoft ACCESS newsgroup. Access is a database product that
comes with Microsoft Office Professional.

Without explaining what program you are using and what error message you get
(in the correct newsgroup) it is unlikely that you will get a response.
