Can't see some win98 PC's

i am currently unable to see some of our PC's over our
network using XP, the PC's in question are running win98,
but i am not sure if this is the problem as i can see
some of the 98 PC's.
Using another 98 or 2000 pc i can see all of the pc's, is
there something that needs to be loaded on the XP
machines to allow the full view of the network.
 
have you enabled netbios over tcp/ip on xp?
