Can't see imported Contacts in Address Book

I have imported some contacts into the Contacts folder in Personal Folders.
I can see them in the Contacts Window, but they do not show in the Address
book under the Contacts in the Outlook Address Book. Did I import them
incorrectly?

I have imported some contacts into the Contacts folder in Personal

Importing itself is incorrect. Open the existing PST with File>Open>Outlook
Data File and drag the contents of the Contacts folder it contains to the
current default Contacts.
