Can't see C$ share

On XPHome, I cannot connect to the C$ share of the OS, I get a not available
mesage. How do I fix this? using //XPHOME/C$ where XPHOME is the name.

Terry,

XP Home uses Simple File Sharing, which only lets you connect as Guest. Guest
has no administrative authority. You cannot remotely do administrative tasks,
or remotely connect to administrative shares, on an XP Home system.
