Can't see busy time

We have a w2k3 domain and exchange server. Our users are running outlook 2003
sp3. When we go and create a meeting request and look under the calendering
option for a user we can only see his busy time until the end of the month.
He dosen't have the view calendar time restricted. All we see is a box will
backslashes in it. Can you tell me how to make the calendar visible.

Yes, set the Outlook Client:

- Tools
- Options
- Calendar Options button
- Free/Busy Options...
- In the Publish box, set for 12 months
- OK
- OK
- OK
