can't see audience view on presenter monitor

we are running PP v11.3.5 from office for Mac 2004.

computer is a mac G5 4x 2.5g, OSX 10.4.9 w/ 2.5 gigs of RAM.

We use powerpoint to generate our graphics for IMAG screens at church,
outputting the presentation through an AJA Kona LHe standard definition SDI
video card.

Currently when we display a presentation, the active slide being sent to our
video switcher and screens cannot be seen in the presenter preview
monitor...it is a blank/white page. We can see previous and next slides
though.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to reactivate that "current slide"
window given our configuration?
