Can't see active worksheet!!!

Whenever I open an Excel spreadsheet in Excel 2002 (XP), the top of the
active spreadsheet window is higher than the top border of the toolbar pane,
effectively hiding the top of the page, so I can't get to the top
cells/fields, nor can I move the spreadsheet around in the Excel window...

This is UNBELIEVABLY frustrating...

Try going to View->Toolbars and taking off the toolbars and then putting them
back on.

I am having the same problem and I tried this tip but it didn't work for me.
I even can't cascade or tile the windows and also the properties under file
menu is grayed out. Some one please help. Thanks
