Can't Save to USB Drive

I have been using a USB Pen drive for awhile. All of a sudden, I can't save
to the USB drive. I can't copy a file to the USB from explorer. It says that
the Directory or File can't be saved. I did use Microsoft's upgrade last
week. There is one file I can save and that's a MP3 file, but nothing else.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's what I would try first: Right-click the device in "My Computer",
click Properties, "AutoPlay" tab, and change it to Mixed Content.
