Can't save EXE attachment's

My buddy sent me an EXE and it wonr't let me save it. It says "Outlook
blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments: winzip70.exe"
How am I able to save the EXE file. Thanks

The best solution for this particular case would be for you to visit http://www.winzip.com and download your own copy of Winzip rather than rely on a file that may be a virus in disguise.
