Can't Save as Gif or Jpg

I just started having a problem where I can only save graphics on web pages
as BMPs, even if they are .gifs or .jpgs. When I select "save image as" the
only option I have is BMP. I've tried cleaning the temp file and cache but
still have the problem. Thanks for your help. Mac

Try to clear the Temporary Internet Files folder. In addition this MS KB

I have the same problem quite often and I find if I click on "back" and then "forward" a time or two it will give me the gif and jpeg option again.
