Can't right click emails in Outlook

Certain user cannot right click emails in Outlook 2000. Right click works
fine on everything in left side of window (Inbox, Sent Items, Public Folders
etc) but if click on Inbox and try to right click any email listed in right
side pane nothing happens?
 
If you figured this out let me know. This problem is slowly spreading here
and i cannot find anything on the internet about it. Absolutely nothing
happens when right clicking on a message. Other than that Outlook seems to
be running fine. Oddly it is happening to myself and I have two
Rundll32.exe's running. i've never seen two running at the same time.
 
Issue Resolved: (least for me!)

find the C:\docu~\%user%\local~\applicat~\microso~\forms\frmcache.dat
file and delete it. Restart outlook- Happy Customer!
