I am using XP Pro, Outlook 2003. For some reason I cannot reply to incoming
messages. I can create new messages and send to these people successfully.

Any suggestions??

What error messages do you get?
What kind of mail account(s) do you use?

I figured it out yesterday. Apparently when I reply to a message it tries to
send with my email account "mark". I played around a little and noticed a
button under the menu bar that allows me to change my account from "mark" to
"Outlook Exchange Server". This worked successfully. Now I just need to
figure out how to make it the default.

In tools | email accounts, follow the wizard to modify your accounts....and
set Exchange as the default.
I usually discourage people from mixing Internet mail and Exchange in the
same profile, for what it's worth...but that's just my $.02
