Can't reply to any message in the Newsgroup

Hi,

I am using Outlok Express v6.0 for Newsgroups.
I use Outlook 2003 for email and it has no problems.
I can post a new message but I can not reply to any message in the
newsgroups.
When I hit Reply in the Outlook Express it opens a strange pop-up saying:
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.
Do you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose No"
What is the problem with my configuration.

This is a normal security warning for Outlook when another program tries to
access it. To reply to a message in a nesgroup press Reply Group instead
