can't repair internet 6 sp1

I am using microsoft internet explorer 6 sp1.I want to
repair because of windows update problem..explorer or
outlook express 6 are not on the add/romove list...but I
am using theme..I can't reinstall from microsoft because
install says I have latest verison......HOW CAN I REPAIR
