Can't Remove Software

Hi all,

I am not able to remove software from a remote session although i login as
the Administrator of the domain. It is a member Win2K advance server running
Terminal Service. I have checked domain administrator account is member of
the local administrator. I got an error message that "only administrator can
add/remove software from a remote session". Is there setting in the group
policy which enforce this?

Any idea will be appreciated!

Cheers

This is not a user rights issue, some software simply doesn't support
installation or uninstallation through an rdp session. Must be done
at the console.

Hi,

I have tried the Removal Wizard is the office 2000 resource kit, but no
luck, also i got someone to login to the console, but still can't remove it
with the standard Add/Remove Programs and Removal Wizard. I am now trying to
clear up windows registry, and i find a tool to remove the registry, but it
is not recommended using it in a windows server environment, I am running it
on windows 2000 advanced server with Terminal server. I don't want to screw
up my server. I can't install a new version because the server recognize my
existing office installation.
