Can't remove "Search Now!" tool bar!

Hi,
Running XP and IE 6

I have the above toolbar appear at the bottom of the screen when I launch
iinternet explorer. It remains when I exit IE as well. Can't find it in add
ons or Add & Remove programs or when I search. Any ideas!

Thank you Lanwench. I can't seem to see any offending publishers. There
again there are such alot of Trusted Root Cert. Authorities I am not sure.
Interestingly when accessing the internet though "help and support" this
search bar doesn't appear. Also if I restrict the web site the bar appears
but cannot be disabled.
