CAN'T REMOVE PROGRAM

It seems the "win anti spyware 2006 free"isn't really free that I installed.
It is wreaking havoc with security issues.Add/remove programs function won't
remove it! Suggestions?

Kinda sad that you might need to resort to an antimalware application to
ensure that you're able to remove what claimed to be an antimalware product
but...
