can't remove program

running 2000Pro; a few mo. ago, agreed to belong to
Nielsen survey; now, can't uninstall program! In
Add/Remove, program "Nielsen/Net Ratings" appears,but when
try to remove, nothing happens. No problems with
uninstall of other programs. any ideas??

I would try downloading a spybot program to look for and
eliminate it. I use Spy Bot, its pretty good. A program
called SpyBlaster should help prevent any new spyware
programs from getting in.
