Can't remove managed software

I am trying to get an application I installed via GP to uninstall. I
unassigned it from the computer account. When the computer is booting it
says that it is trying to uninstall the application. When I get to the
desktop and check the application log it says teh application failed to
uninstall. Below are the errors generated. I have done quite a bit f
searching but haven't found anything yet. And help would be much appreciated.

Try to change the Windows Management Instrumentation service startup mode to
disabled and reboot, then try again. Turn it back on after that.
