Cant remove legacy device drivers

How do I remove a legacy audio device driver that does not
give me the option to uninstall or disable? I have a SB
Live 5.1 installed with onboard audio disabled in the
BIOS. There are three legacy device under my sound card,
one of which is a video capture device????
