CAN'T REMOVE FOLDER!!! Experts Only!!

C

Chase

I am running XP Pro. I moved "x" folder from the Desktop
into Local Disk 1 (where the WINDOWS, Programs, Documents
and Settings Folders are). Now, I cannot remove it.
Before I moved it there where 20mb of stuff in it and now
there is 0kb in it (or so it says). Everything I have
tried says "Access Denied" or "Check to see if folder is
in use or full or write protected". I have gone in
properties and changed the Write protect to OFF. When I
close properties again it is auto- back on. I have tried
to turn the recycle bin off and delete and get the same
message as above. I have tried to "CTRL+Delete" it and
the same message as above pops up. I know I have
permission to delete it because I have checked. I may
have been watching a video it used to contain while I
moved the folder, but I am not sure. I know for sure that
no other program is using the file. I have downloaded a
removal tool for it and it did not work! Please help!

Shucks, well that rules me out.

Note: Not a wise thing to add to a subject line, Chase.
