Can't remove a DLL file

I made the mistake of trying "Fresh Devices" download manager.

I removed it, using Add/Remove, I thought, but now when I start to download
anything I get 2 "FDIeHelper" windows, in sucsession, that pop up with a
yellow exclamation mark reading: "FreshDownload could not be loaded, using
regular download".

I then went to the folder and trying manually deleting but get an error
window, 'Cannot delete fdcatch.dll. There has been a sharing violation.
Program may be in use...blah, blah, blah.."

Removed all registry enties relating to fdcatch.dll, rebooted and it is
still there.

Any ideas on how to remove?
Thanks

Hello,

Try running Task Manager and see if you can identify and processes running
for this application and stop those. Also you can boot to Safe Mode and
try to delete the application.
