help needed to delete a file

Hi all, I have a little problem in that I somehow have managed to download a
file that i thought was a video clip, although now its on my pc its name has
changed to be porn related (con.sex blah blah blah)(19kb) using Winmx but am
unable to delete it, have tried everything i know but it tells me it cant
find the file and to check the filename and path, anyone know how i can get
rid please, thanks for your help.
