can't recieve mail

i looked at all the tip but can't get fix i changed from 995 to 110 the
secure paasword auth. is not enabled i need help pls..
 
All of that means nothing to us.

Please post the error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to

We have no idea which tips you looked at, or whether they even
applied to your situation. There is only one way to get custom help:
post *your* complete error message.
