can't recieve email when my address is in the c.c. line.

I can't receive emails when my address is in the c.c. line.

I see a brief flash that a message has arrived and then it automatically
gets deleted from the computer. can't find the rule that affects this. Can
anyone help out?
 
Hi,
Try to send a mail to yourself in the CC and check the exact error message
or let me know if you nothing happens.
