WITH OUTLOOK 2003, OUTLOOK HAS JUST STOPPED RECEIVING,
ALTHOUGH I CAN SEE EMAILS ON NETMAIL. PLEASE HELP

Loose the caps - it is rude and considered shouting, not to mention hard to

What happens if you use the test account settings feature? what is the exact
error message you receive?
