can't receive email

I have a situation where one of my users is can not
recieve any mail but she can send. However, no errors
seem to be poppoing up according to her. She's in
Alabama, I'm in Chicago. Can anyone tell me where ii
should look to troubleshoot.

first things first. are you sure she has the correct POP server set?
are you sure she has enabled the account to receive mail?
