I have a user who has begun not receiving e-mails from individuals both
inside and outside of our organization that have attachments on them.
E-mails with Word and Excel attachments are received just fine. Any other
attachment (I.e., ppt, pub, pdf, etc.) and the e-mail never shows up. This
is the only user who has this problem.
Tech specs: WinXP SP2, Outlook 2000 (up-to-date), notebook with wireless
capabilities.
I have added a registry entry to the outlook security section for v9 to
"allow" a handful of these file types to no avail. I've also run antivirus
software on the computer along with pest patrol.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
