cant read the traditional chinese user details in icq 5

can anybody help? but i can view and type the traditional chinese in msn
window.
 
i shd repost my question
i have icq 5. I can type traditonal chinese and read the icq names. but when
i wanted to view their details... those with chinese words became monster
characters.
