Can't read file attachments in Outlook express

I have the following message 'OE removed access to the
following unsafe attachments in your mail'

What security settings are there that blocks me from
viewing the attachments?

I have now solved the immediate problem, by de-selecting
the option on the security tab 'Do not allow attachments
to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus'

However, this setting was blocking every attachment, Is
the rule to allow or disallow held somewhere in OE or
elsewhere?

Hi Tony,
please look under TOOLS|OPTION|SECURITY
there are all relevant options!
