Can't read email text

Sometimes when I send a message with an attachment, the person replies and
all I get is my own original message back in their text window. I know they
sent a text reply because I can read it in the autopreview mode. What's
blocking their text from appearing?

Hi - what version of Outlook (and what SP)?

Outlook bundled in MS Office 03. SP is Comcast and McAfee is the virus,
spam, etc. software.

Try disabling e-mail scanning with McAfee & see if that helps.
Also make sure you've updated Office (if you run Windows Update, there's an
easy link to update Office there too). Run both regularly.
