Email replies contain my original message but not sender's messag.

Sometimes when I send a message, the person replies and all I get is my own
original message back in their text window. I know they sent text reply
because I can read it in the autopreview mode and the subject line has been
changed. What's blocking their text?
 
Have you figured this out yet? I am getting the same proble ocassionally.
