Cant publish my web site

Can anyone help me please? I have front page 2000 and when I try to publish
my web site to my ISP I get the message - could not find a web server at
'www.monkbrettoncricketclub.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk' on port 80. Please check to
make sure that the web server name is valid and your prroxy settings are set
correctly.
 
Sometime when you're not busy, right click a message subject in your news reader, click properties
and then click details.

There's some "enlightening" info there.!!
