Can't process rules in Outlook XP

pd

Hello there. One Outlook XP client in my company network
is having problems every time he tries to run rules
manually. The reason why he is trying to run the rules
manually is because they are not working. We have a 200
Exchange server in my company. This particular person has
about 15 rules setup. Some of which have the "stop
processing more rules" in the rule itself. This is the
error message he gets.

"One or More rules could not be uploaded to exchange
server and have been deactivated. This could be because
some of the paramaters are not supported or there is
insufficient space to store all of your rules"

Any and all advice is appreciated.

I'm not an Exchange admin, but I recall reading that there is a fixed
quota for rule storage, like 35KB. If this user has lots of conditions
in their rules, like a slew of words in a word-list filter rule, then it
is possible with just 15 rules to exceed the maximum storage available
for their rules. Maybe there is a tool to find out how much of their
fixed quota the user has consumed.

Might get a better response by posting in a microsoft.public.exchange*
newsgroup.
