When I try to print an email (from Outlook) or print something directly from the Internet I go to “file†up on the toolbar and then select “print†I get one of those "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" windows. Also if I go to “start†then “settings†and choose “printers and faxes†I get the same message from Windows Explorer. Anything I need to print I have to put into a word doc and print it from there. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Thank you.
