Can't print while logged in as a limited user

I've read plenty of other posts that are similar to mine. Printing is fine
when logged on as Admin but when the family logs on as the "Family" acct,
file goes to the print spooler but does not print. I don't get error
messages, it just stays in the queue.

I am using XP Home with my HP PSC 2410 on a Hawking print server. Need help

Go to the Control Panel click on Printers & Faxes. right click on the
Printer and select Properties. In the Advanced tab, set it to print direct
to printer.

This problem is usually seen on XP Home with Symantec (Norton) products
installed.

I had the same problem and I finally found the REAL solution on another
bulletin board:

The answer is to change from a DNS name to an IP Address in the Port Settings.

So, as an Admin account, Go To Control Panel.

Printers and Fax's
Right-Click - Properties on your Printer.
Ports Tab
Find the port your printer is using
Click on Configure Port
Change "Printer Name or IP Address" to the IP Address of the Printer.

Click OK.
Click Close

Login to the Limited Account and try again.
