can't print multiple copies after sp4 applied to citrix.

I can't print multiple copies after sp4 applied to
citrix. You cand change the number of copies while
printing but it always prints one copy. I am using
Windows 200 server with terminal services loaded. I am
also using Hp5SI print driver.

This started after applying sp4 and several security fixes.
