can't print in BLACK

Everything seems to want to print text in blue no matter what
program I am using. I set the individule program to print in black such
as WordPerfect and it still prints blue. Same with Adobe Elements.

Any suggestions???

for a dumbo who can't make a printer work you have a smart tongue.

The reason I asked is because on some printers they will continue to
print using the color cartridges even when the black is exhausted or
blocked which means you get a false black.

But now I hope you can't fix it and you have to trash your printer and
your PC!
