can't print from windows email

I just can't figure this out. I can print from other areas on my computer
like pictures etc. but no matter what i do when i try and print an email, all
i get is communication errors. I have tried everything, uninstalling, power
cord, usb EVERTHING i looked at the firewall setting and don't have a clue
what i'm looking for but i just can't figure it out. Please help me. Thank you

I assume you've tried clicking File and then Print... while viewing the
email.

WinMail uses the IE print engine. Can you print from IE?
