Can't print from Outlook Express and Internet Explorer

I can't print from Outlook Express and Internet Explorer.
The printer is working fine and I can print from every
program that prints but those two. The computer in
question is running XP home, and Both OE and IE are
version 6 with all curren't service updates. I can't find
a group who can help maybe someone here can or can point
me in the right direction. I checked the KB and found
only one artical but it does not apply as there has never
been another printer on this system.

Being that these are both V6.X I posted here also. I still don't have an answer, just to let you know I have tried removing and reinstalling the printer

Try thif fix that worked for Loni.

I had a problem not being able to print from either I.E. or Outlook Express,
and if I tried to use Page Setup, I.E. would hang.

The version info in the Help/About was completely gone. I got paid help from
Microsoft,
and the following steps fixed the problem.

First, using Internet Options, delete all cookies, temp files and objects.
This might
fix it for some people.

In my case, I also had to use regsvr32 from the start/run command to
re-register vbscript.dll and jscript.dll.

At the Start/Run applet execute these commands
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll

Then, thank god, everything worked. A frustrated I.E. 6 users.
