Can't print from Internet explorer

I am unable to print from Internet explorer on XP
when I try this message comes up on my screen.
An error has occurred in the script on this page

Access Denied
URL res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

Please help

Check for Windows updates.

If you are up to date try reinstalling as this is
probably a corruption. At least that is what my co-
worker thinks it is on his laptop..have not had time to
reinstall so I cannot confirm.
