Can't play videos anymore

Hey, I just recently started having this problem where if
i try to play a movie from a website, it goes to this
plain looking page with the RealPlayer logo, some play
control buttons (start, stop, etc.). However, when i hit
play, i don't get any video, either in the browser window
or the "Media" sidebar. Up until about 4 or 5 days ago, I
was able to click on a video link and have it open in
RealPlayer, but now it goes to this webpage instead. Even
though I know I didn't touch them in the first place,
I've tried messing around w/ Internet Options, but that
didn't solve the problem. If anybody has any ideas, I'd
appreciate hearing back from you.
 
As an additional info bit: this problem occurs even when
right-clicking doesn't give me the option of "Save Target
As" so sometimes I'm completely up the creek w/o a paddle.
